This policy covers orders placed on LiveCoder Tech ("we", "us"). We sell digital courses, software, and SaaS subscriptions via payment partners (e.g., Razorpay). Please read carefully before purchasing.
1) Digital Courses
- Instant access: Course access is provisioned immediately after successful payment.
- 7‑day satisfaction window: If the course doesn’t match its description and you have completed less than 20% of the content, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. We may request contextual information to assess eligibility.
- Non‑eligible scenarios: Completion beyond 20%, downloaded assets where applicable, academic dishonesty, or abuse of policy.
2) Software Licenses
- Trials/Demos: If a trial is available, please evaluate before buying.
- Refunds: Within 7 days, refunds are considered only for critical, reproducible defects where we cannot provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable timeframe.
3) SaaS Subscriptions
- Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; access remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro‑rata refunds for partial periods.
- Downgrades/Upgrades: Plan changes apply from the next cycle unless stated otherwise.
4) Refund Process & Timelines
- To request a refund, email [email protected] with order ID, date, reason, and supporting details.
- If approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Banks/payment gateways typically take 5–7 business days to credit after our initiation.
5) Abuse & Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, excessive refund requests, policy abuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Note: This policy does not limit any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
